Prepare materials. Egg beater, separator, low-gluten flour, eggs, white sugar, flour sieve, measurer.

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, beat the egg whites (three times, add sugar in between), stir the egg yolks, egg whites and flour evenly.

Stir evenly and let it sit to release the air bubbles in the bowl. Place in the oven to heat for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven. Cut crosswise from the middle. You can place fruits according to your preference.
