Overview
Ever since I became obsessed with Chinese puff pastry, I have wanted to try all kinds of cakes. My mother especially likes to eat the commercially available meat floss cakes, but there are too many additives, so it is healthiest to make your own meat floss cakes.

Take white bean paste and meat floss, the ratio is 2 parts white bean paste and 1 part meat floss. You can increase or decrease the amount of stuffing according to your own taste. The amount of each stuffing should not exceed 30 grams

Knead the two into a ball with your hands. It is not complete until it is still scattered. If it is still scattered, it means it is not evenly kneaded

Divide the meat floss filling into 15 equal parts and set aside

Use the rolled puff pastry to wrap the meat floss stuffing like glutinous rice balls

With the seam facing down, press it into a cake shape

Wrap them one by one and press them into cakes, then place them on the baking sheet. Upper and lower heat, middle and lower layers, bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
