Rippled White Toast
Overview
I bought a new corrugated toast mold, which is smaller than the 500g iron mold I used before. It is 450g. I tried to make a normal white toast.

Knead the flour, salt, yeast, honey, milk, and egg liquid evenly into a smooth dough, add peanut oil little by little, and knead until a thin film can be pulled apart that is not easily broken.

Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Divide the fermented dough into three pieces of about 170g, knead and let rest for fifteen minutes.

Roll out into a long strip and roll up from one end.

Place into mold.

Let rise until nine minutes full, brush with egg wash, and place in a preheated oven, middle and lower racks, 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
