1. 1 Snowflake beef short ribs purchased online, 4 pieces per pound individually packaged

   

2. 2 Rinse clean with pure water

   

3. 3 Use kitchen towel to absorb the water

   

4. 4 Melt some butter in a pan

   

5. 5 Add steak

   

6. 6 I also squeezed some lemon juice

   

7. 7 Fry it to your liking and then add black pepper sauce

   

8. 8 I also served it with some vegetable salad
