Slice carrots and set aside;

Pick the snow peas and blanch them in boiling water. Just blanch them a little. Be careful not to take too long here;

Heat a little oil to a certain temperature but not too hot. Add snow peas and carrots to the pan and stir-fry until translucent;

Add a little salt, chicken essence (optional), add a small amount of water (a mouthful of water is enough), stir-fry twice quickly, when the water dries up slightly, remove from the pot.
