For milk, choose pure milk. Personally, I prefer Mengniu.

Add the sugar first and stir for a few minutes to allow the sugar to melt better. (You don’t have to heat it. It’s purely due to personal psychology. It may taste better if it’s heated)

After heating, the milk must be allowed to cool down to below 42°. If you don’t know, just let it cool.

It must be remembered here that fermentation strains can only be added when the temperature is below 42° and stir evenly. Because beneficial bacteria will be killed when the temperature is too high.

Finally, mix evenly and put it into the yogurt machine, plug it in and wait for fermentation for 6 to 8 hours.
