Blanch spinach and carrots in hot water. spinach for two minutes. Boil the carrots for 5 minutes, then cool in cold water and cut into pieces.

Add 60g cornmeal, 1g salt and 0.5g baking soda.

Add 100° hot water and stir evenly.

After adding hot water, stick them together to form vegetable dumplings.
