Double skin milk
Overview
I had nothing to do on the weekend, so I made my own double skin milk. It’s so simple and tastes great!

Ingredients
Steps
-
First, prepare an egg and a bottle of milk
-
Then prepare the sugar
-
Wolfberry
-
This leaky sieve is because after the egg whites and sugar are evenly mixed, they will be a little bubbley and need to be filtered
-
Separate the egg white and egg yolk. You can buy an egg separator for this. If you don’t have one, just knock a small hole in the egg and slowly pour out the egg white
-
Add a spoonful of sugar to the egg whites, mix thoroughly, just use chopsticks, until the sugar melts and a little bubbles come out, then filter it through a strainer and pour out the bubbles. If there are still bubbles in the filtered egg whites, just use a small spoon to gently pick them out... Then pour the milk into the freshly beaten egg whites. For a bottle of 250ml pure milk, I used 3/2. Then beat the milk and egg whites thoroughly, cover with plastic wrap, and poke a few holes with a toothpick. Wait until the wolfberry is steamed, then put it on the plate.

I forgot to take a picture of the steaming process, only the finished product
