Overview

Dorayaki, also called golden cake, is a dessert filled with red bean paste. Because it is made up of two dorayaki-like cakes, it is named dorayaki. Fluffy, soft, sweet but not greasy, it is Doraemon's favorite food. There are many styles of Dorayaki in supermarkets outside, but it’s still healthy and safe to make your own!

  1. Crack the eggs into a container and add sugar and mix well.

  4. Stir in the melted butter and place in the refrigerator for 30 seconds. The batter after refrigeration is very sticky, add water in stages to adjust the consistency of the batter.
