Tomato and egg noodles
Overview
Slightly sour and sweet tomatoes, plus fresh mushrooms, make the best thick soup. The noodles made from this combination are particularly refreshing and suitable for all ages. It should heal itself. First, blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel and chop them, and flatten and chop the garlic too!

Add oil to the pot. After the water boils, put the noodles in. When the noodles are almost cooked, add salt and chicken essence (or MSG) to taste and serve. (You don’t have to overcook the noodles or make them swollen, because if you don’t eat them in time, they will easily rot or lose the soup. You have to take care of it.)
