Melt the butter over water, pour in the sugar, and mix evenly

Add the egg liquid in three batches and mix well

Mix the potato snowflake powder and flour and pour them all into the butter. Use a spatula to stir until there is no dry powder left

Press the dough tightly with your hands and gently knead it into a smooth ball. Place it in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes

Take out the dough, warm it up and roll it out with a rolling pin into a uniform thickness

Use a mold to press out the shape

Place the shaped biscuits on the baking sheet, put them in the oven, and bake at 150℃ for about 12 minutes

The biscuits are still slightly moist after they come out of the oven, but they will become crispy after cooling!
