Honey Pickled Plums
Overview
A friend gave me some plums. They were grown at home and have not been managed. The plums are small and have a sour taste. None of my family members liked it, so they thought of ways to improve it. Other sour fruits can also be pickled in this way. The taste changes from sour to sweet and sour.

Wash the plums

When the water boils, put the plums in and wait for about five seconds before draining them into cold water. This step is to peel the plums.

Time was very tight, so I didn’t take any photos of the process of boiling plums. The time for plums to pass through water should not be too long, nor too short. If it is too short, it is difficult to peel, and if it is too long, the color will look ugly. The two pictures below are not as good as the one with the right time

After peeling the plums, marinate them with honey, cover them with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator. After about five hours, you can take them out and eat them. They are cool, sour, sweet and very appetizing.
