Overview

I bought a kitty cake mold. It’s so cute. I immediately made the kids’ favorite kitty cake without any decorations. The kids loved it. It seems kitty is really famous!

1. 1 Prepare all materials

   

2. 2 Separating egg whites and yolks

   

3. 3 90g white sugar

   

4. 4 Add milk, salad oil and 30g white sugar to the egg yolks and mix well

   

5. 5 Sift in low-gluten flour and cornstarch and mix well

   

6. 6 Add salt and lemon juice to the egg whites, add sugar in three batches and beat

   

7. 7 Add the whipped meringue to the egg yolk liquid in three batches, and mix evenly

   

8. 8 Pour the mixed batter into the mold and shake the mold lightly

   

9. 9 Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes
