Grilled Oyster Mushrooms
Overview
Pleurotus ostreatus, also known as Pleurotus leucocephala, Pleurotus elastoides, oyster mushroom, black peony mushroom, also known as Pleurotus pleurotus in Taiwan, is rich in nutrients, with 20-23 grams of protein per 100 grams, and has a complete range of amino acid components and very rich mineral content. Pleurotus ostreatus is sweet and warm in nature and flavor. It has the effects of chasing wind, dispersing cold, relaxing muscles and activating collaterals. Use the stem to treat waist and leg pain, numbness in the hands and feet, and blockage of muscles and collaterals.

Tear oyster mushrooms into small pieces
