Cold Tremella Fungus
Overview
I have accumulated a lot of vegetable pictures taken in the summer on my computer hard drive. I have recently had some free time, so I took them out and posted them. Thinking about it, it’s not something to eat in this season, but I think Tremella fungus is really delicious when served cold~ I love it in summer, and it’s much more time-consuming than stewing it.

After soaking the white fungus, break it apart and wash it, then run it through cold water

Remove the outer green skin from the watermelon rind

Cut into thin strips

Grate cucumber into thin strips

Cut the leg meat into thin strips

Heat a frying pan with a little oil until it is 70% hot, stir-fry the shredded ham

Put all the ingredients in a bowl

Place the dehydrated vegetables and all the seasonings in a frying pan and bring to a boil

Pour onto the white fungus and mix well
