Peanut Butter Shortbread
Overview
When I made this biscuit before, I didn’t have peanut butter, so I had to change the recipe and make it into peanut shortbread. Now I finally made peanut butter, but I never needed to make cookies. So, the peanut butter remained for a long time, and finally waited for an opportunity to make cookies. Have a peanut butter cookie, just use the original recipe. . . In fact, it is not a complete copy of the original recipe. Because the peanut butter you make has no taste. If you don’t add some sugar, people who eat it will probably find it not sweet enough.

Soften butter, add fine sugar and beat evenly with a whisk
