Wash the snails and remove the meat

Soak the vermicelli in boiling water until soft, roll it up and place it on the shell

Fry the minced garlic with a little salt until golden brown and add it on top of the vermicelli

Arrange them neatly, put the water in a pot and steam for 10 minutes

Take out of the pan and pour some soy sauce and hot oil. Fresh fisherman’s dishes are ready
