Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the kneading process

Add butter and continue kneading until the fascia can be pulled out

Place in a basin to ferment

Wait until doubled in size

After rolling out the bubbles, divide into small uniform portions

Shape it into an olive shape with your hands and score the surface three times

Make them all and ferment until doubled in size

Oven at 175 degrees for 25 minutes!
