Norwegian food--apple cake
Overview
This is a delicacy from Norway. The first impression this cake gave me was that it imagined a scene. One afternoon, a ray of setting sun shone into the house, making the whole house bright and warm. I was lazily basking in the sun on the rocking chair by the floor-to-ceiling window, making a cup of black tea, enjoying the special sweet aroma of apples and cinnamon coming out of the oven, waiting for that moment when the baking was finished with a ding, and enjoying the pleasure brought by this delicious food. Nohong, who moved to Norway, shared Norwegian delicacies with everyone. She was deeply attracted by this apple cake when she first saw it. She also watched a warm afternoon and started making this cake that made me imagine. After it was ready, I ate it while it was hot. The cake was so fragrant, sweet, crispy, crispy and soft that I couldn't help but eat two large pieces. The satisfaction and enjoyment are self-evident. The cake I made tastes close to pie. I have never tasted the real Norwegian apple cake. I don’t know how big the difference is. The fake one is already very delicious. I really hope that I can taste the real Norwegian apple cake on an afternoon under the setting sun.
