Put milk and 30 grams of butter into a pot and cook over low heat until the butter melts;

Sift in the flour, stir well, and cook until thick;

First spread a layer of butter on the baking bowl, then pour the sugar into it and spread it around;

Let the batter cool, add egg yolks and 5 grams of sugar, and mix well;

Add 30 grams of sugar to the egg whites in three batches and beat;

Mix the egg whites and batter evenly;

Pour the egg batter into the baking bowl until it is about eight-quarters full;

Preheat the oven, set the upper and lower heat to 180 degrees, bake for 15 minutes, take it out and sift in the powdered sugar.
