Stir-fried black bean and tofu shreds
Overview
Black beans have the effects of relieving surface heat, nourishing blood and calming the liver, nourishing the kidneys and strengthening yin, and replenishing deficiency and black hair. Use black beans to make shredded tofu, which has the various effects of black beans and the taste of shredded tofu. It is a good soy product. I used shredded five-spice black tofu. The shredded tofu already has a flavor. When mixed with cucumber, it has the crispness of cucumber and the bean flavor of shredded tofu. It’s a great little cold dish!

Prepare materials.

Shred the five-spice black tofu skin and set aside.

Clean and shred the cucumber.

Mince the garlic and set aside.

Take a small bowl and add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence and appropriate amount of water, stir well and set aside.

Put a little oil in the wok and sauté the dried chilies over low heat.

Put the shredded cucumber and tofu into a bowl, top with minced garlic and pour hot oil over it.

Pour the prepared bowl of sauce on top and stir evenly.
