Use black beans to make shredded tofu, which has the various effects of black beans and the taste of shredded tofu. It is a good soy product. I used shredded five-spice black tofu. The shredded tofu already has a flavor. When mixed with cucumber, it has the crispness of cucumber and the bean flavor of shredded tofu. It’s a great little cold dish!
