Date paste stuffing
Overview
I have a lot of red dates at home, but I always forget to eat them, so I want to put them to use and make some jujube paste filling. I can make rice dumplings to make bread and desserts. Making it yourself is much safer than buying it from outside. The jujube paste filling is soft and sweet, and children love it.

Wash the red dates.

Remove core and reserve

Add water and rock sugar to the rice cooker and cook porridge for 2 hours

Let the cooked jujube puree cool and crush it into puree with a juicer.

Put a little oil in the pot, pour in the date paste, stir-fry slowly over low heat and stir evenly.

Keep stirring and frying in the middle. This time the jujube paste is relatively thin and will splash out during frying. Stir-fry until the jujube paste becomes thicker and then turn off the heat.
