Usually when I buy clams, I split them open with a knife. If there is any sediment, I dispose of it in advance

Pour in the oil. When the oil is hot, pour in the water. Once the water is boiling, add the clams. Cover the pot and cook for about three minutes

Boil the water and pour in the mustard. It only takes a minute or two to cook. The seafood is very fresh and the mustard is salty. I don’t add any condiments. You can just sprinkle with chopped green onion according to your own taste~
