Seasonal vegetable and shrimp salad

Summer is the best time to make this vegetable salad. There are a wide variety of vegetables, and they are all seasonal vegetables.

Have all ingredients ready.

Cut the purple cabbage and soak it in ice water for 10 minutes to give it a crisp texture.

The eggs are cooked and the lettuce is cut into pieces.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes (I forgot to take a photo of the cubes).

The prawns are cooked.

Peel the prawns.

Fried black sesame seeds.

Put all the ingredients together, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and pour in the salad dressing.
