Centifolia Coriander Rolls
Overview
After deep-frying, the cilantro rolls are crispy on the outside and fragrant on the inside. It is a very delicious vegetarian fried dish. The flavors are diversified, both sweet and sour, you can also eat them in hot pot without deep-frying, or you can eat them in any other way.

Have ingredients ready for later use.

Wash and drain the coriander.

Cut the louvers into long sections five to six centimeters wide.

Then use a knife to cut two sections in the middle.

Lay out the louver, fold some coriander together and put it in the middle of the louver. Leave some leaves exposed on both ends for the sake of beauty.

Roll up the cilantro in a louver.

Take a toothpick and poke it through the middle of the louver

Pour the oil into the pot and heat it up.

When the oil heats up, put the coriander rolls into the pot and fry them several times.

Then use chopsticks to turn it over and fry both sides of the louvers until they become foamy.

Drain the fried louvers and place them one by one on a plate, then sprinkle with cumin and salt and pepper.

Garnish the tomato sauce onto the rolls, or use a ziploc bag. Squeeze the tomato sauce into a corner of the plastic bag, cut a small opening with scissors, and squeeze it onto the louver roll.
