Preparation: white chocolate, eggs and cream cheese. Preheat oven to 170 degrees

Separate the egg yolks and whites, and store the whites in the refrigerator until needed

Melt the white chocolate in warm water. The water temperature should be about 60 degrees. Stir while melting

After the chocolate is completely melted, add room temperature softened cream cheese, stir until there are no lumps and then remove from the warm water

Add egg yolk and mix well

Line the cake mold with baking paper

Add a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice to the egg whites and beat

Add the egg yolk paste in three batches and mix well. Stir well each time before adding the next time

Pour the mixed cake batter into the mold, then shake the mold up and down a few times to eliminate air bubbles

Put the cake mold into a baking pan with hot water. If you are using a removable bottom mold, wrap it with tin foil like I did to avoid water seepage, and then put it in the oven. First bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Finally, turn off the oven and preheat it for 15 minutes
