Banana trifle
Overview
I have ripe bananas at home and don’t want to spend too much time baking pastries, so I made this delicious and simple sponge cake.

Prepare all materials

Mash the banana into a paste, add milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and sugar and stir evenly with a hand mixer. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well

Put the batter into the grinder! Preheat the oven, upper and lower heat, middle rack, 180°, 20 minutes.

Bake until the surface of the sponge cake is colored and serve hot. This is a muffin cake!
