Overview
I bought a few pig's trotter rings, which is the place where the pig's trotters and elbows are connected. The meat quality in this part is basically the same as that of pig's trotters. The stewed soup is also rich in collagen, and with the addition of crispy water chestnuts, it tastes refreshing and not greasy.
