  4. Wait until the tomatoes produce red juice, add an appropriate amount of water (just soaked) and simmer, mashing while simmering.

  5. When the water content is only about half, add two tablespoons of sugar and continue pounding.

After the sugar is completely dissolved, add the tofu and salt (if you have already added salt when frying the tofu, you do not need to add salt), stir-fry, stir-fry a little to avoid breaking it, and the taste will be more uniform, stir-fry evenly to reduce the juice, and then put it on a plate.
