Wash the spareribs in running water and set aside

Heat the pan with cold oil, add appropriate amount of sugar

When the sugar is completely melted, add the pork ribs and stir-fry until the pork ribs turn brown and the sugar juice coats the pork ribs

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking wine in sequence, stir-fry evenly

Add cold water until the ribs are covered, cover the pot and simmer over high heat for about 20 minutes

Uncover the pot, add appropriate amount of vinegar and salt, stir-fry evenly

Wait until the pot boils again and it’s ready

Take out of the pot
