Chive Cheese Breadsticks
Overview
The perfect combination of chives and cheese. Compared to sweet bread, my family prefers salty chives. Most of them can be dried out as soon as they come out of the oven. Using the medium method, the taste is better.

Weigh the medium ingredients (all the main ingredients in the above recipe) and prepare to knead into dough

Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator to ferment for more than seventeen hours

Take the refrigerated fermented dough out of the refrigerator

In the bread machine, add all the above ingredients (except chives, salad dressing, mozzarella and butter)

Tear the refrigerated fermented dough into small pieces, put it into the bread machine, and mix it with the auxiliary ingredients to form a dough

Start the kneading program and knead into a smooth dough

Add butter and start the dough mixing process again

Knead the dough until it reaches the expansion stage

Arrange the dough and start the fermentation process

Ferment until the dough doubles in size

Take out the exhaust and let it rest for fifteen minutes

Divide into six equal parts and let rest for another fifteen minutes

Take a piece of dough and gently roll it into a long strip to make six pieces of dough

Let it rise until doubled in size and top with salad dressing

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

Sprinkle with chives and put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes
