Braised Mushroom Pasta
Overview
Today I took out the pasta I bought in the supermarket from the drawer and wanted to make some pasta. I opened the refrigerator to look for side dishes. Fortunately, there were mushrooms and tomatoes, so I decided to make a red stew flavor.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, cut the tomatoes into small dices, and cut the beef into minced meat. Mince onion and garlic and set aside.
-
Melt butter in wok
-
Saute the chopped green onions and stir-fry the minced meat until it changes colour.
-
Add mushroom slices and stir-fry.
-
Stir the mushrooms a few times and add the diced tomatoes.
-
Add two tablespoons of black pepper juice and two tablespoons of tomato sauce to the minced garlic.
-
Add the sauce in step 6 to the wok and stir-fry. If the soup is relatively small, you can add a little water. The sauce should be simmered for about 5 minutes.
-
Place the spaghetti in the pot and cook until there is no hard core, about 7 minutes.
-
Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce. If there is a lot of sauce, stir-fry over high heat a few times to reduce the sauce slightly.
