I have always thought of making a dish using pureed broad beans or green beans. Finally tried it today.

Wash the broad bean wedges and drain the water. Wash the chicken breasts and drain the water. Set aside.

Boil the broad bean wedges with water until tender, cut the chicken breast into thin slices and marinate with salt.

After boiling the soft broad bean wedges, remove the water and puree them with a blender.

Add sugar and salt to the broad bean puree to taste.

Place the marinated chicken breasts on the second level of the oven, heat at 220 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 10 minutes.

Dip the chicken breast into mashed broad beans and eat it for a light and natural food taste.
