Thousand layers of durian cake

Overview

Thousand-layer durian cake, a gift for a friend, uses a whole durian, and the cost is about 180 yuan. It is really a luxurious cake.

Heat butter and sugar in microwave until melted.
Pour in the milk and stir evenly.
Sift in cake flour.
Mix well.
Strain the liquid once.
Use a spoon to scoop out the cake liquid, pour it into a pan and heat over low heat. Be sure to move the pan constantly to avoid scorching in the middle. A total of 14 pie crusts were spread out. After spreading, let cool and set aside.
Chop the durian flesh into pieces.
Whip the light cream.
Spread whipped cream evenly on the crust.
Then coat with durian meat. Continue until all the crusts are overlapped.
