Vegetarian fried celery
Overview
Eating celery regularly has an auxiliary therapeutic effect on patients with hypertension, arteriosclerosis, neurasthenia, etc. Because of its high iron content, celery is also a good vegetable for patients with iron deficiency anemia. Celery contains a large amount of crude fiber, which can stimulate gastrointestinal motility and promote defecation. Young ginger can remove wind evil, cold and heat, benefit the spleen and stomach, disperse wind and cold, stop vomiting, and cure nausea. I prefer eating ginger and celery. Add some shredded ginger to the stir-fried celery, and pair it with a bowl of porridge. It’s very appetizing in summer.
