Sesame braided bread
Overview
When I ran out of butter, I used peanut oil instead of butter. I made a simple braid-shaped bread and sprinkled with white sesame seeds. The baked bread was fragrant, soft and very delicious.

Pour flour into bread machine

Put salt and sugar in the corners and yeast in the middle

Then put in the liquid material

Start the bread machine and knead the dough into a smooth dough

Continue kneading until a transparent film can be pulled out

Ferment until 2.5 times in size

Exhaust and knead evenly

Divide into nine parts and let rise for ten minutes

Then shape it into a long strip

Braid every third part into a braid

Put it in the oven and add a cup of boiling water

Ferment until doubled in size

Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with shredded coconut

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle and upper layer, heat up and down, about 15 minutes
