Every time I go out to eat roast duck, I take the duck rack home and make various soups to eat.

Hericium mushrooms, washed.

Put the water in the casserole, put the duck rack and Hericium in it, turn the heat to medium-low and simmer for 40 minutes.

Prepare some pickled vegetables, which are sold in supermarkets.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the pickles.

Take some of the cooked duck rack and soup out and put them in the pot.

Put noodles.

Put cabbage leaves.

Just season according to your own taste.
