Separate the egg whites and yolks into an oil-free and water-free basin

Beat the egg whites until they have fish-eye bubbles and add one-third of the sugar

Beat until the foam is fine and add one-third of the sugar

Beat until wet peaks (lift the whisk to reveal a hook) and add the third portion of sugar

Beat until dry and foamy (the egg whites will be sharp when you lift the whisk)

Add egg yolks to vegetable oil and beat well, then sift in flour

Mix well

After mixing evenly, add one-third of the egg whites and mix evenly

Add remaining egg white

Mix well
-
Fill the paper cup eight-fifths full
-
Preheat the oven to 16 degrees

Bake for twenty-five minutes and it’s ready!
