  1. Add sugar and milk to cream cheese, heat over water and stir until smooth until cheese paste

  2. Add cheese paste and egg yolk and mix well

  3. Add light cream and mix well

  4. Add flour and mix well

  5. Beat the egg whites with a few drops of white vinegar

  6. Add the beaten egg whites to the cheese batter and stir

  7. Stir the cheese paste evenly

  8. Pour the cheese paste into the mold using a water bath and bake in the oven at 180°C for 60 minutes
