In order to save time, I bought ready-made egg tart shells

Put the sugar, condensed milk, and light cream into the water, and simmer over high heat until the sugar melts. Cool to about 50℃, add eggs and stir evenly, sift twice and pour into egg tart crust

Put it in the oven and bake at 230℃ for about 15 minutes
