Braised quail eggs
Overview
I think everyone must be familiar with braised eggs. The faint aroma of tea and the mellow aroma of soybean wine are fully integrated into the eggs. But I am very afraid of the yolk of this egg. Although the white part of the braised egg is very flavorful, the yolk part always has no salt taste. So I tried boiling braised quail eggs. The small eggs should be easy to taste, and the light tea aroma will penetrate into your heart!
