Put the rock sugar into a small pot, add water and bring to a boil. The rock sugar melts into rock sugar water. Let cool and set aside.

Wash and peel the pears and cut into small pieces.

Pour the cooled rock sugar water into the mixing bottle. Add pear pieces.

Secure the blade to the mouth of the whipping bottle.

Tighten the mixing bottle and the base and start stirring and juicing.
