Caramel milk tea
Overview
Our daughter likes to drink milk tea the most. Every time she passes by a water bar, she asks me to buy her a cup. However, she really doesn’t dare to drink more of the milk tea outside. She doesn’t know how long it has been refrigerated and what ingredients it is made of. So her so-called gourmet mother (a title given to me by my daughter) DIYed this milk tea at home. She asked a friend for the recipe, but after trying it, it was really delicious.

Steps
-
Prepare the raw materials and two clean stainless steel basins. In fact, a casserole is also available. Because I make less, I use the egg beating basin at home.
-
Pour the pure milk into a basin, put it on the gas stove and cook it. It needs to be stirred properly in the middle, because it is easy to form milk skin, and it will be better after stirring.
-
When the milk bubbles, pour the black tea into the milk and continue cooking until you smell the aroma of the milk tea. Remove from the heat and let the tea steep for a while.
-
Now start to boil the caramel. Take another basin and put the sugar in it. Bring to a low heat and simmer slowly, stirring constantly.
-
Until the sugar turns brown and has the unique aroma of caramel, then the caramel is ready.
-
Strain the milk tea you just brewed into the caramel pot and cook it on the stove for a while until the sugar melts. The caramel milk tea is ready.
-
Let the brewed milk tea cool and pour it into a cup to refrigerate to make frozen milk tea.
