Prepare 4 separated eggs

You may not necessarily use this brand of yogurt

Beat the egg whites into rough foam, add sugar for the first time; continue to beat until it becomes a fine foam, add sugar for the second time; then beat it into wet foam, forming a hook shape, add sugar for the third time; finally, beat until it forms a hard foam, with an upright triangular tip.

Add the sugar, yogurt, and cooking oil to the egg yolks and mix well, then add the flour and stir until it becomes a particle-free egg liquid.

Mix the beaten egg whites with the egg liquid evenly in 3 batches by cutting and stirring. (Be sure not to stir when mixing)

Put the mixed egg lake into the mold (I don't have a mold, so I just use a bowl) and shake it a few times to release the foam, seal it with plastic wrap (to prevent water droplets from falling into the bowl), and finally steam it for 20 minutes before it is ready.
