Green onion, ham and egg fried rice
Overview
Today is the eighth day of the first lunar month, and this Spring Festival is a little special. Everyone is avoiding the plague at home and not causing trouble to the country. I'm sorting out recipes at home today. This fried rice is a twist on leftover rice.
