Overview
There are many types of Nang in Xinjiang: meat Nang, sesame Nang, Pipiao Nang (Pi Yazi), rose flower Nang, walnut Nang, milk Nang, spicy skin Nang, thousand-layer Nang and so on. Today our family uses sesame naan to make a delicious naan pizza!

Prepare a sesame naan.

Blanch the corn kernels and carrot kernels and set aside. Cut the onions and sausages. Spread the sesame naan evenly with pizza sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with all the vegetables.

Add the meat floss (you can omit it if you don’t like meat floss, or you can add the vegetables you like).

Sprinkle plenty of mozzarella.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes, put the naan pizza into the middle shelf of the oven, and set it to 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes (set the time and temperature according to your own oven temperament).
