Stir-fried Crab Mushrooms with Spicy Peppers
Overview
I have always liked eating fungi, but I always found them unpalatable when I made them vegan. I bought a book specifically about vegetarian food. There was this dish in the book, so I decided to try it on Sunday. It didn’t include meat, but it tasted very good.

Wash the crab-flavored mushrooms and tear them into small pieces. Tear the small ones into two, the large ones into four. If they are too long, tear them into short pieces. Boil the water, add a little salt, pour in the shredded crab mushrooms, blanch for a minute, then remove and drain the water and set aside,

Heat the wok, add a little oil, first add the pepper and stir-fry for half a minute, then add the crab mushrooms and stir-fry for two minutes, then add some soy sauce and salt to taste. That's it, simple and ready to serve.
