How to cook Cloud Egg at home

Separate egg yolk and egg white
Whisk until foamy as shown
Grease a baking sheet and divide into two parts
Use a spoon to make a pit in the middle and add the egg yolk
degrees medium rare for 6 minutes.
The finished product is fully cooked and baked for 9 minutes
You can add your favorite condiments before beating the egg whites. I added salt
