Golden Toast
Overview
This golden brick is seen in "Toast Bread Baking Techniques", the 28th Golden Toast. There is no butter, just a small amount of whipped cream and a small amount of honey. The Chinese seeds used were a small piece taken from yesterday's big dough, and yogurt and butter were added. Malt extract is added to the recipe.

Cut the Chinese seeds into small pieces and add all the ingredients except flour and yeast powder into the bread bucket

Knead the dough until it is complete. Large pieces of film can be pulled out.

Continue to follow the automatic program in the bread machine to complete the three stages of fermentation. Stop the baking program before it starts and take out the dough.

Divide the dough into three equal portions, each portion is 145 grams, roll into a round shape, and rest for 20 minutes

Divide each dough into 48g small pieces, roll into strips and stack them one by one from the middle.

Braid the noodles and tighten the ends.

Fold the ends of the braid toward the middle and place into the gold brick mold. Ferment again.

Ferment until 9 minutes full, preheat the oven to 140 degrees (actual 180), and lower the rack for 30 minutes. After about 20 minutes, block the fire with the upper layer to avoid over-coloring. After it comes out, it is slightly not hot to the touch. Unmold it and lay it on its side. (As shown in the picture)
