Three fresh noodles
Overview
Because I have a business trip tomorrow, my employer mercifully gave me a day off in advance. I stayed at home all morning and didn't even eat breakfast. I was so lazy...I really wanted to eat shrimps when I saw them at noon. I wanted to fry them, but because Brother Xiaolou was not at home and was too embarrassed to enjoy the meal alone, I simply made fresh shrimp noodles. It’s so delicious~ I’ve eaten a whole bowl and I’m still not satisfied~

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions, add tomatoes and stir-fry for 1 minute when fragrant.

Add individual portions of cold water. If you don’t know how much water to put in, you can compare it with a noodle bowl.

After the water boils, add the noodles one by one, cook for two minutes and add the eggs (I like poached eggs, so I don’t need to stir them after adding them). If you like egg flowers, you can stir them~ Add the shrimps, because the shrimps are easy to cook, so don’t add them too early, as they will age if cooked for a long time. Just add it one minute before serving.
